LET THE TORCH OF FREEDOM BURN HIGH AND BRIGHT

Those that say "Kill All The Gays" should remember that GOD is The Judge of morality, not any man. Make no mistake, anyone who says "God Hates Gays" or in any other way opposes absolute Equal Rights and Absolute Equal Protection Under The Law for those of us who are Gay is saying "Kill All The Gays", whether they actually use those words or not, and it is not for any Human to Judge a person who has done no actual harm to another worthy of death based solely on their interpretation of morality. So, to all those who say "Kill all the Gays", no matter how you phrase it, I say, think very carefully before you go seating yourself upon GOD'S Throne of Judgement, and to those who say "Live and Let Live" I say, keep it up and let us spread that message of light and hope throughout our world.

DEATH TO JUSTICE N HEALTH CARE OPPOSERS

On Tuesday, January Twenty-Eighth, 2014, President Barak Obama delivered his Fifth State of The Union. Among other items,he touted the progress that The PATIENT PROTECTION And Affordable Care Act has made towards what I call Justice In Health Care. There was a woman in the audience who because of this law was able to Purchase Health Insurance and a few days later was diagnosed with a Health Issue that previously she would have been unable to get treated without going bankrupt but that now she could get treated. In The Republican Response we heard the same usual, tired and worn out lies about how awful this law is. As someone who was recently able to purchase Private Health Insurance after being denied it for twelve years because of a Traumatic Brain Injury I sustained when I was an Eight Year Old Child who made the mistake of running out into the street in front of a car, I would just like to say to all such people, SHUT UP. This woman claimed that the law is a government take over of Health Care that limits choice when in fact it leaves the private system in place and gives those of us who for a long time have had only a Risk Pool required by State Law to always be twice the rate of comparable private coverage as our only choice or in some States no choice at all the opportunity to have a choice in Health Care. It is not a hand out, it is ha hand up. It creates a level playing field that enables all to have the chance to succeed on our own merits and not be held back by medical bills or conditions beyond our control. It is true that some companies have decided to close their doors rather than treat everyone like Human Beings, but that was the decision of business people who put making money at a higher premium than making people well, which was the whole problem with the old system, but that is because of their GREED AND LOVE OF MONEY, not because of anything in the law. The law is intended to expand access, not limit it, and I have never heard anything from Republicans that even acknowledges that greed was the whole problem with the old system, much less does anything to address it. Therefore, since The Republican Party has persistently fought to undo Justice In Health Care and put forward nothing as an alternative that addresses the Injustices of the past, as of this moment, I am declaring undying WAR on all Justice In Health Care Opposers and as of this moment, Midnight between Tuesday,, January Twenty-Eight and Wednesday, January Twenty-Ninth, 2014, will never even speak to any Republican in my so called family and so called friends who does not to my face while looking me in the eyes utterly denounce their Party's stance on Justice In Health Care, referring to it by that name, and make an unbreakable vow to never again vote for or even speak to, business or pleasure, anyone who does not also denounce The Republican Party's Stance on Justice In Health care. Those of us who are Right about this Issue can be Just As Unreasonable as those who are wrong about it, and those of us for whom Profits Over People DID NOT WORK, SHALL BE HEARD AT LAST.

GREG ABBOTT IS AS PRO LIFE AS ADOLF HITLER

On the evening of Saturday, January Twenty-Fifth, 2014, on the 10:00 News, Greg Abbott was shown at a "Pro Life" Rally criticizing his opponent's record on the Republican version of "Pro Life". If Greg Abbott were truly "Pro Life" he would support universal background checks for gun purchases, including at gun shows, to ensure that guns do not get into the hands of criminals and the mentally unstable who might use them to take the lives of innocent people,,including pregnant women who were planning to give birth to their babies. If Greg Abbott were truly "Pro Life" he would not oppose the Right, by Law, of those of us with "Preexisting Conditions" to have decent, basic health care at an affordable rate, since before the enactment and full implementation of The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, I have first hand proof that Health Insurance Companies would not go near us and only do so now because the law requires it and he would not have done and be doing everything he could and can to return us to the dung heap and thus let us die of treatable diseases because some businessman crunched the numbers and deems us unprofitable and therefore less than fully human. If Greg Abbott were truly "Pro Life" he would not ascribe to the "Kill All The Gays" Philosophy, and I think I need say no more about that. So while Greg Abbott believes that every pregnancy should come to term regardless of anything, for anyone that has already been born Greg AAbott is about as "Pro Life" as Adolf Hitler.

HATE IS OF HELL NOT HEAVEN

Hate is hate, and Hate is NOT of The GOD of Love. Fred Felps says that GOD Hates Gays. Maybe if he had ever actually read THE BIBLE he would know that GOD is love. Love and hate can NEVER coexist. Hate comes not from Heaven, but from Hell. Hate is the purview of Satan, not of GOD. Perhaps those who espouse hate and even kill all The Gays should keep that in mind before they start spouting the rhetoric of hate, because in doing so, they are serving Hell, not Heaven.

THIS IS WAR

I AM MADDER THAN JESUS IN THE TEMPLE WITH THE MONEY CHANGERS AND I AM NOT GOING TO TAKE IT ANY MORE! The Texas State Legislature just passed something that makes it even harder for people to become Navigators for those that need help signing up for Health Insurance under THE PATIENT PROTECTION and Affordable Care Act. They claim it is to protect People's Privacy. To that I say BULL FUCKING SHIT! It is clearly aimed at undermining the new law, so that people will not be able to obtain Decent, Basic Heath Insurance at an affordable rate. As someone who for twelve years has had a risk pool required to always be twice the rate of comparable, private coverage as my only option because of a childhood brain injury but has recently been able to obtain private coverage because of The PATIENT PROTECTION And Affordable Care Act, I have to ask why is it that Republicans DO NOT want to protect patients from greedy businessmen who put making money above taking care of people and why have Democrats stopped using the law's full name, which would emphasize that point? I suppose the latter is because some who did not have to completely extract and completely destroy their brains, their consciences, their hearts and their souls (REQUIRED before one is allowed to even sign the paper to register as a Republican) have the insane idea that if we do not emphasize that point we might be able to come to some kind of compromise. For me, however, when the Texas State Legislature did what they just did, that already barely opened window was closed forever. THIS IS WAR! My grandma once called me a beautiful boy. some people call me sweaty. I AM NOT BEAUTIFUL. I AM NOT SWEAT. There is nothing even slightly sweat about me. I am not boy nor man, girl nor woman. I AM ANGER. I AM HATE. I AM THE TOWERING INFERNO OF JUSTICE. AND I SHALL COMPLETELY CONSUME THE UNJUST REPUBLICANS WHO OPPOSE JUSTICE IN HEALTH CARE UNTIL THEY ARE ALL EXPOSED FOR WHAT THEY TRULY ARE, DEATH. They chose the Path of Death, not me. I am no more than a messenger. And that is the message. THOSE THAT OPPOSE PROTECTING PATIENTS AND MAKING DECENT, BASIC HEALTH CARE AFFORDABLE FOR EVERYONE ARE DEATH ITSELF, INCARNATE.

LOVE IS NEVER A SIN

Yesterday Evening I attended a Celebration of Love between two women. I will not say where or who was involved in case there are any ignorant, small-minded, stupid Gay Haters reading this blog. But I will say this, the love between these two women is as real and pure as any love that I have seen. The greatest Commandment is to love God and love one another. Therefore, love is never wrong and so never a sin. Those that say otherwise need to read The Gospels more closely and see that not only is Love the Greatest Commandment that Jesus makes but that nowhere in any of the four Gospels does Jesus ever say a word about what we today call People's Sexual Orientation and since in The Person of Jesus Christ GOD spoke to us as One of us, if that matter were really as important as Conservatives act like it is, Jesus would have had something to say about it. Furthermore, Prejudice of any kind, including Homophobia, is a sign of ignorance, small-mindedness and stupidity, so people that are prejudiced should educate themselves out of ignorance, expand their minds and stop being stupid,. In any case, the Greatest Commandment is To Love GOD and to Love each other. Therefore, love can never be and so is never a Sin.

JUSTICE IN HEALTH CARE OPPONENTS WILL SHUT UP

This afternoon at approximately 1:00P.m. Central Time, on Monday, January Thirteenth, 2014, I completely completed the Process of signing up for Private Heath Insurance under what I call At Least President Barak Obama DOES CARE about Justice In Health Care by making my first payment to my new Insurance Company and signing up for a payment plan for the same. As someone who has for twelve years been unable to retain Private Coverage because of a Traumatic Brain Injury that I sustained when I was an eight year old CHILD by making the mistake of running out into the street in front of a car, I would just like to say to all of The Conservative Lunatics advocating repealing THE PATIENT PROTECTION and Affordable Care Act, thus ending Patient Protection from the greed of those who put making money ahead of taking care of the sick and injured, SHUT UP!

THE HYPOCRISY OF HOMOPHOBIA

Most Moral Codes agree that having sexual intercourse outside of marriage is an immoral act. Yet Homophobes want to deny those of us who are in fact Homosexuals the right to get married. This forces many of us into this immoral act, and then they call us sinners because we had sex outside of a marriage that they would not allow us to have. I personally have never had sex because I have never been at the point in a relationship in which that was even a possibility, but if I had I should have been allowed to marry him so that we could have an adult relationship between two consenting adults in a loving, mutually affirming relationship, which is not at all what THE BIBLE Passages Homophobes love to quote are talking about. So in saying that if we have sex outside of marriage Gays are sinners but then also saying that we should not be allowed to marry, Homophobes are clearly Hypocrites. BUT WAIT, THERE'S MORE. My Aunt and Uncle I know are Conservatives/Republicans, yet their son was living with the woman he is now married to for at least a year before they got married, and you can not tell me that a Boy-Friend and Girl-Friend who are living together are not having sex. And I know many Heterosexual couples these days do live together before getting married, and some never get married. I am not saying that I am in a position to judge anyone, but I AM saying neither are they. So it is Hypocritical fr anyone to call those of us who are Gay sinners and yet turn a blind eye to unmarried Heterosexual couples living together and having sex. And that is The Ultimate HYPOCRISY OF HOMOPHOBIA.

THOSE WHO FORGET THE LESSONS OF HISTORY

As an American who has been unable for the past twelve years to have Private Health Insurance because of a Brain Injury I sustained from a car accident when I was eight years old,, I am APPALLED at the level of resistance Justice In Health Care has gotten from The Republican Party, who claim to be Pro Life. Am I and others with less than perfect Health Histories not alive because of our Health Histories? Or simply because we have already been born? If not, how can Republicans not want us to to have descent, basic Healthcare at an affordable rate and still call themselves "Pro Life"? Of course, since The Supreme Court thankfully Ruled most of The PATIENT PROTECTION And Affordable Care Act Constitutional, those of us whose financial circumstances allow us to purchase Health Insurance on the open Market can now obtain coverage through The Federal Exchange even in States like Texas that did not create their own exchanges. However, since The Supreme Court foolishly and wrongly Ruled that The Medicaid Expansion could not be something States are compelled to do and Texas and several other Republican Controlled States have foolishly and wrongly, in every possible sense of the word, opted not to expand Medicaid, people who did not qualify for Medicaid under the old system but are not financially able to purchase Private Coverage are still out of luck. How can people who allow this to happen possibly call themselves Pro Life? It is time for Republicans across the country to get their heads out of their asses, realize that THE PATIENT PROTECTION And Affordable Care Act is the law and is here to stay, realize they were wrong to oppose it in the first place and stop fighting a battle they have already lost and lost because they were and are WRONG in every possible sense of the word. Otherwise, history has shown there is only so long people will tolerate oppression,see every revolution in history and take note, Rick Perry and other Republican Governors and Legislatures across the country.

GIVE US GAYS LIBERTY

Give us Liberty. That is all those of us who are Gay want. We DO NOT want to convert Heterosexuals to be Homosexuals. We DO NOT want to end Heterosexual Marriage and allowing us to marry would in no way do that. We do not want to molest children (there are Homosexual Pedophiles, of course, but there are also Heterosexual Pedophiles, and it is not the majority of either of us). We just want to be treated as full Human Beings. We just want to be free to be who we are. We just want to live our lives, like everyone else. We just to have a chance to love as we are made to love. We just want, in a word, Liberty. So, GIVE US LIBERTY,and we'll be content, and not make trouble. Keep suppressing us, though, and we'll keep resisting. Your Court, Conservatism.

OBAMACARE OPPOSERS ARE AGENTS OF DEATH

As of this moment, 1:25P.m. on Friday, January Third, 2014, I am only waiting for a phone call to set up a payment schedule for my new Health Insurance Coverage to be totally restored to a Full Human Being with The Right, By Law, to Decent, Basic Healthcare at an affordable rate. There are many who will rejoice at this. There are also those who will bemoan this because they oppose this advancement of Justice for those of us who have been denied it for so long, either because of something we were born with, over which we have ABSOLUTELY no control, or mistakes we made when we were children, as in my case. However, those that bemoan this advance of Justice would feel differently if they or someone they truly loved or truly considered a friend had gotten a letter like the one I got from Golden Rule twelve years ago, saying that because they found out about my Traumatic Brain Injury at eight years old, they were cancelling my coverage. If this would not change their minds, then they do not truly love me or consider me a friend, nor are they truly "Pro Life". Of course, anyone who defends a system which puts money ahead of taking care of PEOPLE is not Truly Pro Life anyway. They are Pro Death for those of us for whom Profits over People did not work as a health care system, and soon they shall be revealed as such. So any Conservative/ Republican who is TRULY Pro Life, known or unknown to me personally, will renounce their Party's Position on The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act by sundown today, as publicly as their circumstances allow, or they have declared themselves agents of Death Itself.
